Help, i am a bit confused by all the types of benefits
I myself have suffered for years mentaly and been on low rate and personal care allowance , i have just recieved i am eligable for dla low rate but not personal care ?? In the reply a few things are on the letter which are not true in my case example , i am not allowed to handle any medication and must be given this daily by family members and i can communicate also untrue , can cook as long as supervised for tend to get anxious and forgetfull and a danger to myself and others but meals now made for me throughout day i am basicly housebound mentaly and checked on throughout the day and night . Please can someone help me on what step do i do , do i ask for a review for my daughter was going to write on a review i also have a support letter from doctor stating i am suicidle and not allowed even to pick them up , what do i write ???????

I am rather unsure as to which benefit your query is regarding.

If it is an adverse DLA award decision that you are unhappy with, you can appeal within one month of receiving written notification of the adverse decision using form GL24 which can be downloaded from the link on this page :
