My son went on ESA just and a half years ago after a nervous breakdown. He was put in the WRAG. last September we finally got to the bottom of all his problems by nearly losing him and he was diagnosed with bi-polar.
I ended up speaking to ESA about my son re a letter they sent out which made my son worse at the time. i got a really decent bloke who told us to write in with the additional proof of what had happened. i was able to write inf or my son because of the circumstances. he said my son should be moved to support group.
Though it took a while to sort they did move my son into the support group without a new medical or any forms to fill in.
I am not sure if the department reviewed my son case or ATOS as both departments said they hadn't got the paperwork and they had transferred it to each other so we will never know who did review it however he was moved to support group without filling in new forms and having to go for a medical.
We did have his discharge papers from hospital so that helped as it included all that had happened.
It is certainly worth writing in asking for a review with fresh evidence

Also, your ESA(CB) will still stop after 365 days, whether you appeal or request a SuperSession, unless you are eligible for income related ESA, or are moved to the Support Group before this happens.

There is no form to request a SuperSession, you should be able to request one over the phone, but I would recommend you confirm it in writing.do you know if their is a form i can complete to request a reassessment from the DWP?
