It may be to your advantage to notify the DWP of your diagnosis in relation to your recent assessment as it may go towards confirming your care and mobility needs.

Given the timescales, I assume no more than a few weeks since you completed the forms, it is difficult to see how this diagnosis would constitute a Change of Circumstances, as you would obviously have been effected by your FMS at the time, but if in doubt, you should notify the DWP.
