Help needed - ESA form sent via recorded delivery

Many thanks Gordon - should i wait til Wednesday to see if its' status has changed or phone before then ?
Any idea why it hasn't / wasn't signed for ?
I thought the point of sending the form via a recorded delivery service is that it is signed for as proof of receipt ?
The Royal Mail customer service representative was very un-helpful to say the least.
The fact that you have a receipt for recorded delivery should suffice, as a claimant cannot be responsible for the passage of mail once it has left their possession.
You have done all that is required of you, so if the ESA form has not been signed for, this is a matter for either the Royal Mail, Atos and/or the DWP.

But make a copy of ALL your documents before you send them off.Whilst on this subject.
My transfer from IB to ESA has almost reached the postage stage now.
Question: Do I simply place all my ESA 50 pages along with the support documents I have collected in another larger A4 envelope and put the return evelope from ATOS on the top of it?
Hope that makes sense btw
If you have a printer/scanner, then you can make electronic copies which you can print off if you need them - just make sure they are backed up on to a USB stick or external hard drive.
If you want to have your assessment recorded, then this is a good time to mention it to the DWP. They will take no notice and do nothing, but at least you can show that you did mention it right at the start of the process. When ATOS contact you about a WCA, then you should mention it to them as well.
