Should I point this out to them(their mistake)as I really want to let "sleeping dogs lie at this stage"
I don't know about charging £50 for clients mistakes?

I'd leave it be, if you have clearly identified your husband's condition(s) on the ESA50, then the fault lies with ATOS.Hi, posted on here a couple of day's ago that my husband had been placed in the support group. Requested ESA85a which came to-day and he has been placed in the support geoup for two years. However, my husband's condition is severe rheumatoid arthritis which was mentioned numerous times confirmed diagnoses by GPs letter, yet they have put due to severe osteo arthritis !!
Should I point this out to them(their mistake)as I really want to let "sleeping dogs lie at this stage"

The penalties for supplying false or incorrect information have not come into force yet.

I will leave it be. Like you say, it is clearly stated in the ESA50 what his condition is and the supporting evidence, also have saved all copies.
