DLA turned down again - should I appeal was created by vickyd
Hello, sorry to bother you all, I am just looking for a little guidance as I have been turned down again for DLA. I have rheumatoid arthritis and SLE. I have found this site so helpful and I don't know if to appeal against this decision or just give up, this is the second time i have bern turned down.I feel totally deflated again by this decision. I am wondering if anybody else has been in this position and found the strength to go through an appeal?
Thank you for reading my post, much appreciate any help,

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

We can't advise whether you should or should not appeal, the decision has to be made by you.
Appealing can take a long time and can be quite stressful, so do you feel upto making an appeal?
If you do appeal, the worst that can happen is that you lose.
There is no restriction on you making a new claim for DLA.
