New ESA50 form recsd bt I havent had my tribunle ! was created by article
Hi hope someine can help. I recieved a new ESA 50 form today but I filled one in about a year ago and was put in WRAG group.
I have made an appeal through the CAB and they said about 6 monts wait for tribunle but heard nothing yet.
Do I have to fill in all the fom again with all same deatails (about 15 pages and nothing has changed) or can I put on the form " no changes in circumstances since I sent last form in",which nearly killed me completing it.
I did ge a courtesey call and was told I had been put in Wrag group so I appealed for support group. The lady told me my claim was up to the 23rd of November 2012.
Help appreciated here as I cant get through to my local benefits office been trying all afternoon.

I am afraid that appealing to be placed in the Support Group from the WRAG, does not prevent you being re-assessed while waiting for a hearing.
You need to complete the form in detail, as you cannot assume that the ATOS assessor or the DWP Decision Maker will review any of your previous forms. If you complete it based on your previous form then you should also consider including details as to why your condition has not changed since your last review.
The forms are usually sent out a couple of months before the re-assessment date, so if yours is in November, then receiving the ESA50 now would be about right.
I notice you have not posted for a while, whilst there have been no changes to the ESA descriptors since April 2011, you might want to have a look at the ESA Claim Guides, see

Gordon I forgot to ask wether I would need new health statements from my GP and my pshycologist??.
