Human Error?

I rang to ask for an appeal form and copy of medical papers and decision. I said that I was confused given that my health is worse now than a year ago when I was transferred straight into support group without a medical.
After a few hours, I received a phone call to say, they'd made a mistake, it was human error and I should not have been moved....I was angry and relieved. This is not what people need when they're genuinely ill.
So I have to say thank you for the advice on this site, as it really helps when the going gets tougher.
THANK YOU benefits and work.

At least it is sorted out, although I can't imagine how anxious you must have been when you received the initial result.
It's no excuse, but the DWP is under significant pressure at the moment, I am surprised that we do not see more errors like this.

I received a letter to tell me that I'd been removed from the support group and placed in WRAG after my medical, which I was made to wait more 90 minutes for.

Well done on challenging the errant re-assessment decision.

It seems that they reviewed and changed this very quickly.
Thanks for your positive comments about B&W.

Thankfully B&W is here and I'm so glad I'm a member and had the use of the advice.
It's priceless at these testing times.
