WRAG AFTER APPEALS PROCESS was created by lynnb
I completed 343 days on ESA in WRAG, but then decision from medical resulted in ESA withdrawn as I did not get any points, so I appealed. Been to appeal today and was given 15 points and placed in WRAG again, will i receive any money from appeal

If this is the case then I would expect you to receive back payment for the period 344 days to 365 days, but after this you will only be eligible for NI Credits that count towards a full State Pension.

Your ESA will only be stopped if you are receiving Contribution Based ESA and you are not eligible to receive Income Related ESA.I completed 343 days on ESA in WRAG, but then decision from medical resulted in ESA withdrawn as I did not get any points, so I appealed. You can meet the Contribution requirements for ESA(CB) again, you would need to close your current claim, wait for at least 12 weeks and then make a new claim for ESA. You will have a minimum of 13 weeks on the Assessment rate, a new ESA50 and possibly a new assessment. You should not consider this route without getting face to face advice.
