Thanks Gordon I spoke to the job center today and because my husband will not be assessed for another 2 years they said he would have to go the WFI's but will not be asked to attend the work related activity. does that make sense to you?
Yes because your husband is receiving the Carers Premium.
I'm sorry about the confusion last night, I unfortunately assumed that WFIs and Work Related Activity were intrinsically linked, and it was only after going back through the legislation, that I realised that they weren't.
