ATOS Heal;thCare is a completely seperate organisation from the DWP at another address, given the amount mail the DWP lose in their own mail system I would not recommend trusting them to send it to another address, nor is it likely that you will get a receipt for the documents, meaning you will have no proof of despatch.
Please post it to ATOS as requested, and get either a Certificate of Posting or send it Recorded Delivery.
