Its real frightening what is going on for all of us on ESA and DLA - soon to be PIP.
Good luck to all as you diligently fill out the forms!!!!? and hopefully get into the 'fixed boxes' that you require to be in even for the short periods of time they now allocate us in.
Luckily I managed to get into the SG and am due to redo the lovely forms again I believe sometime in April of next year.
Although after re consideration I was placed in the SG,without a medical, I realise the ESA 85A they sent me is the form they used for placing me in the SG after the wonderful nurse placed me in WRAG. My question is as this form is fundamentally flawed with considerable in accuracies, when I re do my ESA 85 form do I include the ESA85A form and diss it line by line or do I not use it or refer to it at all?
The ESA85A that you have, applies to your previous assessment, when you are re-assessed a new ESA85(A) will be produced, and it is this new report that will be used to make the new Decision on your claim. Even if the old ESA85A is referred to, which is unlikely in the extreme, it is still the new report that must be used to make the Decision.
