You need to change your tacticsCan anyone help,I received my esa medical decision 4 weeks ago, I have been put in WRAG group. I have since phoned my local job centre plus at plymouth 4week ago to ask for a written explaination of their decision they said they could ony send me a copy of my score sheet which I did not receive,I rang again they said they would send it again this was 2 weeks ago still nothing received, I need these details to arrange my appeal can any one advise as to why they have not sent my details requested.every time I ring I get put on hold for 20-30 mins its costing me a lot of money to keep chasing this up

As they have not responded within a reasonable time, I would now submit a Subject Access Request by Recorded Delivery, see the guide on the following link.

The following is a list or reports you can request.
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?
As more than one month appears to have passed since the date of the Decision on your claim, you are outside of the normal period for submitting an appeal, so you will have to submit a Late Appeal and give Good Cause for it being late, your being unable to obtain the documentation you have requested should cover this.
If you have not already looked at it, our ESA Appeal guide is available on the following link

I am always concerned when people talk about phoning their 'local JobCentre+' as I was under the impression that the staff there do not really deal with the claim and assessment process?
Valid comment MHB.
I would only advise members to contact JCP, for queries pertaining to WFI's WRA.
Any queries involving an ESA assessment, claim or award should be directed to the Benefits Office/Delivery Centre, at the address on any letters pertaining to their ESA.
