ESA85A quick update was created by penthesili
Finally, after much badgering from my carers, the DWP sent me the ESA85A.
The 'prognosis' was strange though, first it said, 'I advise that a return to work is unlikely for at least two years.' Then it goes onto say in the 'Justification of Advice' 'The available evidence suggests improvement is unlikely in the longer term.' Has anyone else had this sort of conflicting ESA85A report? Plus, do any of the Mods know what this means in the long term?
By the way, I got it for mobilising and actually listed ME as the major cause if anyone else is battling their way through claiming with this condition.
Cheers, Pen.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The "two years" is the important part as this will usually determine when you will be re-assessed.

We regularly see these phrases together in an ESA85, I think it is down to the limitations of the system used to prepare the report. Finally, after much badgering from my carers, the DWP sent me the ESA85A.
