Whilst you are correct in principle, you need to be aware that you are dealing with two seperate processes within the DWP, the first is paying you the Assessment Rate and the second will handle the result of your Tribunal, and to be honest given the timescale, it unlikely that the latter department will have even received your Tribunal notice yet.
So I would recommend you obtain another Fit Note and return it as requested. You may be able to speed the back payments by contacting the DWP and faxing them a copy of your Tribunal notice.
