Hi I read on another thread that if a tribunal are considering taking away an award of DLA they must notify you to give you the chance of droppong your appeal. Does this apply with ESA tribunals. In other words although I understand it rarely happens if someone was appealing to go from WTAG to Support group would the tribunal have to inform you if they were thinking of downgrading the WRAG award. CM .
