What I believe is the latest manual for the LiMa softwareis available in the DWP Incapacity Benefits Resources section of the Members Only area, however, it does not reflect the latest ESA descriptors (these are not available in the public domain), nor does it include any detail with regard the logic rules that actually make the software work, so apart from giving you a very basic understanding of how the system works, it will not give you an understanding of how the system produces a recommendation.

There may be newer versions of the Lima manual that are the result of Freedom of Information requests, but none of them will give you anything other than a basic understanding of how the system works.
