DLA/PIP Reassessment date

I currently receive DLA, which is due for renewal at the beginning of Sept 2013. I have read that PIP starts in Apr 2013, and that DLA recipients will be reviewed form Oct 2013 onwards, is that correct? If so, which one will i be reviewed under, DLA or PIP? thanks

Hi MG,

As the new PIP legislation comes into force from 8th April 2013, and your DLA renewal date is after that, one would assume that you would be re-assessed for PIP, sometime between October 2013 and March 2016.

However, don't hold me to that.
