In April I was award DLA lower rate care and mobility. Out of interest I have requested the statement of reasons and medical evidence used to decide my claim. Do you think requesting this makes it more likely to reassess me? I am just confused about how my decision was made and feel that I may be entitled to middle rate care so that is why I am asking for the evidence, but obviously I am concerned about asking for a supersession incase I was to lose m existing award. But anyway, my point is that just asking for this information isn't going to cause problems is it?

Hi k,
Requesting the documentation mentioned from the DWP, should not instigate a re-assessment.
