i had my face to face assessment for switching from ib to esa,i asked for the assessment to be recorded which it was,my meet was 10.30am i arrived at 10.20,i was taken at 11.15am,three different people came in at the back of me and all three were taken before me their appointments were later than mine,i complained and they said that the people who were taken before me went to doctors that were specified to them, when i went into see the doctor if because i had asked for our assessment to be recorded was the reason for having me waiting she said no it was because she was the doc that was asked to use the recording unit,i must say it was the worst medical ive ever went through this is my sixth, would i ask again for it to be recorded you bet i will even although i was in agony i still think its in your better interest to have it recorded, are atos or the dss the best raise my complaints with.
Hi p67,
As your complaint is regarding the way you were treated at the ATOS Assessment Centre, then you would complain to ATOS :

thank you for that,is it normal for anyone wanting their assessments recorded to be treated this way?
My assessment was recorded and I was seem pretty much exactly on time.
