hello Just accompanied My Auntie to her appeal for DLA Jugdes were shocked to discover Why Dwp had not Sent her for a Medical examination given her medical history They were quite appologetic to her adjurned the hearing and ordered a DWP Doctor to attend her home for the medical. .

Your Aunts experience is not uncommon. The DWP often fail to to provide adequate or up-to-date medical evidence in their appeal submission.
I'm glad to hear that the Tribunal has directed that your Aunt should be medically examined at home.
Of course, adjournments for medical evidence increase the workload of Tribunals, although your Aunt shouldn't have to wait too long for a new appeal date.
