ESA 11 envelope

My housemate is also on ESA, but he is staying at his parents for a couple of weeks. ANyway, an envelope has arrived on the front is "ESA 11" and on the reverse is the Belfast PO Box address for DWP. Does anyone recognise what this might be? I have tried to get in touch with him but I can't and was wondering if this is important. It's certainly not the ESA 50 letter as it is not big enough.
Thanks,
ka

I am afraid this illustrates why it is important to contact to contact the DWP if you will be away from home.

At least it wasn't an appointmentWith his permission, I have opened it. It is just a generic letter to all claimants in the WRAG regarding changes to sanctions for failing to attend WFIs or failure to do WRA. I'm in SG so I didn't get one.
