When the claimants ESA (CB) ends and invited to claiM ESA (IR) what documents do you have to submit to prove you qualify for it?

You will need to complete an ESA3 form which you will get from the DWP and will likely need to provide statements for every bank account and other documents (e.g. share certificates) for any assets that you own.
