I'm not going to close my ESA claim because it is keeping up the pressure on my JSA claim on my terms and conditions. If I closed my ESA appeal I would be given ESA and I don't want it. To claim ESA means you are still under the supervision of the hospital, doctors and nurses which I don't want. I want JSA to get rid of medical professionals. You can't claim ESA and not be under supervision of doctors etc.

The only thing I can recommend, if you have not done so already, is for your get advice from a benefit advisor with experience in appealing to the Upper Tribunal.
