Unlike DLA, ESA is an indefinite award and the Tribunal can only recommend the date for reassessment. This is something that they have started doing only recently and we were wondering whether DWP would be sticking to it. It appears, from what you have said, that they are not
The important thing is to get your ESA50 submitted in time, otherwise your ESA can be stopped immediately. Send with it everything you have that supports your claim, especially anything that can be related to the descriptors. You can send in extra supporting evidence later if you need to.
