Thanks for your posts, however, this is not something new and this subject been discussed a number of times during the last week on the forum.
I'm not commenting on the article in detail, but would remind members, that to qualify under Regulations 29 or 35, they will need to provide significant evidence to that effect, and that the burden of proof for both regulations, lies wholely with the claimant.
