" my GP had returned a standard form that they issue requesting further medical information about your condition. This form was passed to our Medical Adviser and it has been decided that we now have enough information and you DO NOT need to attend an assessment and your appointment has therefore been cancelled and your file has been returned to the DWP. "

I am now waiting for the DWP to receive my file which could take a week or two, so I wont find out what they have decided until they get my file? I have never had a letter like this.
Has anyone else out there ever had a letter like this? If so, what was the outcome?

This is good news, it means that there is a very strong linklihood that you will be placed in either the WRAG or the Support Group, as you cannot be found Fit for Work without your attending an assessment.I was due to go for my medical assessment by ATOS to continue my claim for ESA but I got a letter this morning from ATOS saying that...
