ESA50: PDF & extra sheets of paper

To avoid confusing my direct answers with additional information I’ve thought of typing “continued overleaf” at the end of Question X and continuing my answer on a sheet of paper stapled between Question X and Question Y. Every sheet would bear my name, NI number, etc. I’d also state the total number of sheets. Would this be acceptable?

1. Get as much typed into PDF as possible but not so much that the print is a struggle as it is made small to fit it all in.
2. Get the major points in your favor right in at the outset
eg I have major problems a with this/that activity
treatment has failed, no more is planned, etc etc
the ATOS medical staff are (whatever else we say about them) quite under pressure and its as well to make your case inviting as a pass on the paper case, of which many do
4. Extra sheets ought to be identified in the text of PDF
as annexed. eg Please see GP letter document 1 annexed etc
5. when sending the stuff off email ATOS customer department and ask for verification of receipt

In principle yes, however, I would be tempted to include some sort of numerical reference as well.I wrote in an earlier question that I have downloaded the PDF version of the ESA50 because I am unable not fill in the paper version. There will be 5-7 sheets of additional information appended to the form. Even though the PDF boxes will hold more information than the paper form not all my replies will fit. Several answers exceed A4 length without additional information.

For example; "continued in (5) overleaf", "continued from (5)".
I'd also number each page on the completed document; "1 of x".
