Any re-assessment process only begins when the claim forms are returned, so if you do not send anything back, the DWP will not pursue the matter.
To be clear, you are not reporting a Change in Circumstances, which the DWP might insist you pursue, the underlying criteria have changed and you were seeking re-assessment based on these.
