Just wondering when PIP comes out in April would the people who will become eligable for the mobility component due to the new criteria be better reapplying to have there dla claim looked at. Because at the moment not entitled to higher rate mobility just lower but new criteria should see my claim change.

The PIP descriptors are still in draft, and until they are formally published, it is not possible for us to offer any advice regarding awards.
