Hi got my GL24 off today special delivery,
Have just said did not consider the decision maker had taken full account of the severity of my condition,
I have only started my appeal on one descriptor,unable to mobilize more than 50 meters without feeling severe discomfort.But have said There are additional grounds in which I wish to appeal once I have seen all the papers which I have requested but not received as yet.
Just noticed on my medical report form justification of advice.The available evidence from the ESA50 Med 3 and GP letter,

What is the MED 3 as far as I know my GP has not filled anything in for me in the last year, as I asked him.
Also i have four supporting letters from my consultants but he has not mentioned these,HE ALSO MISSED OUT my COPD.

A Med-3 is a Fit Note, or what used to be a Sick Note, in both cases, these are usually issued by your GP.

We have seen this reference to a Med-3 on several IB transfers, it is possible that this relates to the original Sick note from when you originally applied for IB, but this is just a guess.

Several members have requested copies of this document from the DWP, to date, I don't believe that anybody has been successful!

It is indeed. Many of our members have been perplexed by mention of this as, in many cases, it has been many years since once was submitted!

Well that must be at least 10 years old then good old ATOS keeping up with the times,I was really worried when I first read the med 3 thing.
