The ATOS assessor report should be produced on the day of your assessment, so if it was only posted on that day, ATOS will not have received it in time time to look at it.hi can anyone help me please i had my assesment for esa migration in october i was placed in wrag i know my gp had a 113 form to fill in i have discovered now this was not posted back to atos till the day of my assesment i talked to dwp today and the decision was made with out my gps form should i contact atos to ask if they have got the form .

They should have, but if it was not returned with your file, which seems likely, then it would be very easy for it to fail to make it the Decision MAker who dealt with your case.I realise that my gp sent it to late but the report was sent to atos but the dwp have not got it shouldnt atos have forwarded this on to dwp when they recieved it.
Unless a document has your full name and your National Insurance Number it is all to easy for it to disappear into the black hole that is the DWP internal mail system.
You can send a copy with any appeal request that you make, the DM is still able to take medical advice, even during a Reconsideration.
