Would your advisor assist you to go self employed, thus ending your claim for ESA?

It's out of our advice area, but I believe they would be able to offer some assistance, and there may be grants available that you could make use of.Would your advisor assist you to go self employed, thus ending your claim for ESA?

Can you appeal a sanction?
I notice if you are sanctioned you can claim a hardship payment if you are on IR benefits. I believe it is the basic rate less £10.

Yes, you can appeal against a sanction, it follows the standard process, a Reconsideration followed by a hearing by the Tribunal Service, if required. Can you appeal a sanction?
