I just wondered if any other members had, had a form sent from the DLA department, requesting whether I am receiving the correct amount of DLA. My DLA is due to run out on 21/1/2014 and I hadn't expected any forms concerning it till about April 2013. I have been told that if I have not returned the forms they have sent me by 7/1/2013 then my DLA could be stopped, is this right???
