Can somebody advise on the situation when a Tribunal Hearing as been set on a specific date but the claimant is away on holidays?

Please be patient, you only posted just over an hour ago and with being closed over the weekend, Monday is always a busy day.

Normally in the circumstances you describe, you can ask for your hearing to be postponed.
