Hi All,well the good news is i was awarded support group, thanks i,m sure to the excellent info available on here.
Some thoughts and observations... acces to the venue was appalling, two flights of steps and a 50+m walk between.Atos were running late,it was suggested that rebooking appointment was an option, which after a 45min taxi ride wasn,t an option(no reimbursement of course)so stuck it out.No sign or mention of the recording facilities i requested,so a friend took notes.
Just wondering now,if i can find out when a future review date may be?
regards to all

Hi R,

That is really good news !!! :cheer: :cheer:

Thank you for letting us know, and for your kind comments regarding B&W.

If you wish to know the prognosis, which is the recommended length of your SG award before reassessment, and to gain information as to how and why you qualified for The SG, you can request The ESA85 Medical Report by ringing the Benefits Office that is dealing with your ESA, we recommend that you back up any such verbal request in writing.

There may also be an : ESA 113 Questionnaire , if one was sent to your G.P., an : ESA72 Form
and an LT54.

See :

ESA Forms

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

Hi R,

Yes, a lot of the Medical Reports, state such things as "In the longer term".

However, The DWP DM will still have a recommendation of how long it should be before you are reassessed.

The longest SG award that we are aware of thus far, is 3 Years.

You could still contact them, and ask for written confirmation of the expected length of the SG award before you are reassessed.
