Fantastic news and as I'm appealing to be moved from the WRAG to Support it gives me, and many others, hope.
Did you send in any more supporting evidence?

Hi n76,
Re : CLA, see : www.gov.uk/community-legal-advice
See : Where to get advice? , for other possible sources of advice. You could also put Welfare Rights/Advice, and your Town or Postcode into Google.
Any evidence that will help to prove that your limitations qualify you for an award of ESA with respect to the qualifying descriptors should help.
If you are to appeal a "fit for work" decision and want to receive assessment rate of ESA whilst you appeal, you will also have to get a MED 3 "Fit Note" from your G.P. to cover you from the date that your IB ceased. Send this to the DWP Benefits Office that dealt with your ESA.(Keep a copy)
You have one month from the date of the letter informing you of the fit for work decision to submit an appeal using the GL24 Form which can be downloaded from the link on this page : How to submit an appeal
See also : Qualifying for the WRAG and Qualifying for the Support Group
You should also review our : ESA FAQ’s , Appeals FAQ’s , and our : ESA Guides , which includes an ESA Appeals Guide.

Karlo. I didn't have any more supporting evidence. My GP wouldn't give me a letter as so many people are asking and it would take all his time up. I did write a statement just going over what I had put on my ESA50. Good Luck
