Going round in circles and confused was created by pollyanna2627
Hi everyone. I am so dizzy with all this and throughly worn out. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she told me which office to write to for my ESA113, LT54,ESA72 and any other documents which assessed my move into the wrag group. I posted them to Preston (my area) and then today receive another brown envelope from Chester asking me what documents etc i want. Do they not understand what I have asked for? Or am I doing it wrong. I have 20days to reply. It took 7 days to get to them recorded delivery. I think it went to Preston and then on to Chester. Chester is my appeal centre. Yesterday I also went to my first WFI. It lasted 40 minutes. She will contact me by phone in 2 months time if I have not heard from my appeal. Are they being deliberately obstructive??? I hope I get a little peace over the festive season. May I wish all of you a happy xmas and a good new year.

It sounds to me like you are doing everything correctly.
