ESA. I've been on £142.00 per fortnight since August 2012. This is my second tribunal, the first ne awarded me 15 points.
My condition is not going to get better, I am stuck with this for life. I am 51.

So I will assume that you were previously in The WRAG of ESA, as a result of a previous tribunal decision, were then reassessed, found fit for work, appealed this decision, and have just failed in your latest appeal on 17/12/12.

Is that correct ?
