The two panel members treated me with respect and I have no complaints at all. A very difference experience to my ATOS medical where the HCP wrote what she liked to my answers. The site has been a great help to me, and I would like to thank the moderators and other members for their advice directly in answer to my questions and indirectly when I have read other people’s posts. I am going to stay with the site as sometime in the future I will have to face PIP! One of my pet concerns is that the negative experience I had with ATOS wouldn’t have happened if my medical had been recorded. Get your medical recorded. If I have learnt anything in the last 8 months it is that.
Congratulations on the Decision and for your comments about B&W, hopefully they will leave you alone for a while to enjoy the award.

That really is good news.

Congratulations on your success if thats the correct term to use but I think it is a GREAT result for you and well done must be a releif.
I have a question dont know if you can answer it for me ... at your appeal did you have any form of representation ? reason I ask is that I am going through an appeal and it now seems impossible to get any help from anywhere !!!
Any info appreciated, thanks.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Regards, Derek.
