Revised descriptors and blind people

Does anyone know if these new descriptors will override the previous medical services guidance on communication meaning that Blind people will no longer access the support group.
I don't understand how they can just make unannounced changes like this, it's terrible.
I agree with the comment re timing!!!

I agree with the comment re timing!!!

I am afraid I can only repeat what has been stated in previous posts, until we have a consolidated set of decsriptors, we cannot make any comments on the changes that have been announced.

In addition, at this time I am not aware on an updated version of the WCA Handbook being available, will define the advice given to ATOS assessors.
