Enjoy your break, I'm certainly looking forward to mine, although I think I may be exchanging the stress of the forum for cooking Christmas dinner

This is again due to the site upgrade and will be resolved in the New Year.

Steve has posted the link for moderators and members to post in Benefits News, but there are still glitches in the forum in the search forum facility and these will be corrected ASAP.
Please bear with us.

I am trying to be patient, but I am still not able to access my previous posts. Any help with this would be very welcome.
Also, I now have an appointment for my first ESA Personal Advisor Interview in just over a week. I am 3 weeks post op having had complications due to severe allergic reaction to anaesthetic during op, housebound due to chest infection, and post op wound slow healing, under care of district nurses at home. I need to be accompanied as I can't manage my wheelchair alone, and my carer has an appointment of his own to attend elsewhere at the time of my appointment. I am waiting for a response to reconsideration WRAG to support group. Do I really have to attend Personal Advisor appointment?

Hi PC,
You should contact the PA and inform them that you are too unwell to attend, and mention that your carer is unavailable also.
You could also ask your G.P. to contant them and confirm this.
Unfortunately, unless you can get them to defer the appointment, or carry it out over the phone, you will have to attend.
