Submitting questionnaire was created by Rachias
Hi there - a happy and successful 2013 to all.
I've now got esa questionnaire ready to send together with a few inserted pages and one GP supporting letter/report. All held together with a treasury tag. Is that OK ?
Now I see It's all too big for the envelope! I plan to firmly attach their envelope to a larger envelo pe, make sure it's secure, and send by recorded delivery. Do you think that will be acceptable? And do I need proof of posting as well. Thank you. Rachias.

Yes, we always advise that you should get, and retain, proof of posting when sending anything to ATOS or DWP.
