Can you tell me is the well known condition "CESAS" is it treatable, my GP looked it up in his secret book, he said, ah yes, all you need is six numbers + the bonus number.
So when I feft the surgery I let his car tyres down
Trouble is it would NOT make me well again, just can not put a price on Good Health, can you !!!
Fun bit over with ...
Getting back to the dear old GL24, got just about all I can put down on paper long hand, wish I had a word processor !!!
Are they lightly to reject a GL24 if I do not fill in all boxes ? ... Box 3, about your Rep, what rep, I have put "information will be provided later" if I ever get a rep and in Box 4 have put "ESA WRAG" do you think this will do ?
Regards, Derek
Did not want to leave totally blank as not sure if they may reject the GL24
Hi Dq,
It's good to see that you have managed to keep your sense of humour through all the stress involved.

Just ensure that you make it clear that you are appealing the decision to place you in The WRAG of ESA to gain entry to The Support Group of ESA.
You could cite the date of the decision on "The Decision Notice Letter", and even include a copy of said letter for clarity.
Are you using the "downloadable version" of The GL24, available from the link on this page ? :
How to submit an appeal
If so remember that you only have to print off from around page 20 onwards, (the actaual form) the rest of it is advisory notes.
Have you not got MS Word or similar, it would make it far easier to type up all you extra pages ?
Your response regarding informing them if you do get a Rep : is fine.

Thanks for the speedy reply, GL24 is a paper one and filled in long hand.
I have stated that I believe I should be placed into the SG in more than one place on my letter, do I need to make it clear that I am appealing to be moved from the esa wrag ... into the esa SG ?
Will include copy of origional decision letter as it may make my intension clearer.
When addressing the appeal envelope should I mark it just "appeal" or "FAO. the Decision Maker"
Not sure if the Post office open appeal forms addressed to dwp now but will put "private & confidential" on it just in case.
Yes, if we can not keep just a little humor in there which helps break the constant fight mode we are all in/under it would drive us mad.

Hi Dq,
"on my letter, do I need to make it clear that I am appealing to be moved from the esa wrag ... into the esa SG ?"
Yes make it "Crystal Clear".
It may help to write ESA Appeal Submission, on the top left front of the envelope.

Well have just about done all I can on paper re:-GL24, have written and re-written several pages, but making what I think is a steady pathway through my info's only hope the DM see's it that way too.
Will be posting it soon as date is not far away, lets hope he/she gets out of bed on the right side

Thanks Bro58 for your time, advice and input, where the hell would we all be if it wasent for B&W, I dred to think.
I have no idea of how long dwp take to let write back saying what the result is, so guess its wait and see ... again.
