Today I received a copy of evidence sent to the tribunal by JCP. I was amazed when I read it, It referred to a letter they say I sent to them with evidence from my therapist.
The letter in question was actually sent by me to Atos with ref to my reassessment that took place in Oct 2012, and had nothing to do with my appeal.
I found out from Atos that they had received this paperwork after they had returned the medical report to JCP and had forwarded it to JCP for the DM in relation to my reassessment.
How on earth they thought it was for the appeal I do not know.
Should I contact the appeal tribunal to tell them.

The Tribunal panel are just given a packet of evidence, which they may only read on the day of the hearing, so they will assume everything is relevant unless it is pointed out that it is not.
