No ESA payment

Hi All,

After last weeks mess up with payments in which i recieved £71 because of a computer glitch, this week i receved nothing !! So mad ! What is wrong with these people? How do they think someone who has to exsist on a misely amount anyway can manage on £71 for two weeks !!! They simply dont seem to care. Are we all classed as benefit scroungers so we get treaed with no compassion and respect?

Anyone else checked thier bank today and found they havnt recieved the other half of thier fortnightly payment?

Hi T,

My friend, who's normal fortnightly ESA payment goes into the bank on a Thursday, has only had one week's payment put in early, today.

I suppose that they will have to wait and see what happens next week.

That is a worry! It was bad enough having pople worried by getting only 1 weeks money, it is even worse if things are not being sorted out in a timely manner

well i am sure i cant be the only one. What makes it worse they dont inform you ! They expect you to be pshycic ! so if you have Direct debits going out and because they have not paid in what they should, who is liable for the bank charges?
They have a pathetic answer machine message if you ring saying that thier was a glitch but payment would be made on the normal day for the other £71 and to budget accordingly ! How can you budget if you havnt even had the damn payment , i ask you ! how ridiculous is that...
