The longest period between assessments that we are aware of, for the Support Group, is 3 years, so I would guess that Medium term is probably in the range 18-24 months.
You may be able to get a more definitive period by contacting the DWP and asking when you will be re-assessed, but as always, these period are at the discretion of the DWP, and you can be re-assessed earlier or later then stated.
