Hi Mommaduck Just been reading through your post and the excellent advice given by Gordon and Jim. I know you will be stressed out trying to prepare for your daughters hearing. There are excellent guides on this website you might find useful, such as preparing for tribunal.
If I was you I would try and look at the positive, it is they who have not provided the paperwork/report to which they have based their decision, that is a failure on there side.
Meantime, I would try and get support from your local CAB, or if you have family legal protection on your house insurance policy you may be entitled to legal support, or if you are a member of a union. Also try to write to your local MP to seek there support in sending a complaint in to DLA Manager.
I to having a nightmare with an old innacurate atos report that was used to stop my DLA benefit in November 2012, I am currantly appealing with help from CAB, I`v complained to Atos and taking it further and in process of writing to mp. The Atos report was for ESA and it took 9 months to win my benefit back at tribunal last year only for DLA to use it after that date and stop my benefit. I have sent in a complaint to DLA AND CURRENTLY AWAITING A RESPONCE.
