Hi, I am expecting to be starting the process to be migrated from ICB to ESA very soon as my reassessment date was 21.12.12. I have previously always been exempt from the PCA.
I am so sorry as I am sure this has been asked and answered many times but I am struggling with the search facility.
Could you tell me exactly which guides i should be downloading and provide me with a link to the correct ESA claim form I will have to fill in? I want to get started on it now, before they actually begin the migration process.
Many thanks in advance.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi froggylegs,
Some people have not been migrated for many months following their anticipated review date. We would usualy advise claimants to download the interactive ESA and make a start, as you have suggested. However, we are anticipating some changes to the ESA50 later this month, so I would advise that you wait until this has been released before you do this.

Many thanks for the swift reply.
So is a new ESA guide being released to take account of the changes or should I go ahead and get going using the existing guide and then change my answers if necessary on the interactive pdf form?
