My next ESA review is due within 2 months and I was wondering if it might be a good idea to get hold of a blank ESA50 form to begin completing it gradually in stages and avoid the manic rush once ATOS sends it out. Could anyone say whether this is sensible and whether if I rang DWP they would send me a copy? I last completed this form in October 2011 so I don't know if the format of ESA50 has changed between then and now. Is this likely? I don't have print access so I can't download a pdf file online and print off, so I am dependant on DWP. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks A
